Michael Higgs, Assistant Curator at the Arkansas State Capitol has generously donated his time to be our guest Speaker on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Michael has worked tirelessly on an exhibit that highlights the United States Marshal Service from Statehood to the current day. The exhibit is located on the 4th floor of the Arkansas State Capitol.
