We do not mail tickets nor send out email reminders. Your name will be on a check-in list upon arrival at Check-In; at Three Rivers Museum the day of the conference. (Due to planning for seating and food amounts, Registration fees are non-refundable).
Disclaimer: The Bass Reeves Western History Conference visit's historic site's, building's, businesses and home's that can pose a hazard to guests if not noticed or misused(i.e .uneven steps, sidewalks, pot holes, resurfaced roadways, curbs, vehicle traffic). By registering and/or purchasing tickets for the Bass Reeves Western History Conference which includes bus tours, luncheons, the use of other businesses, the use of re-enactors, and/or by attending the conference, the registered/ticket holders for itself or any invited guests along with any other registered guest acknowledges and understands the hazards and limitations within the conference areas including the, bus tours, luncheons, hotels, businesses and roadways and releases the Three Rivers Museum, The City of Muskogee, Muscogee Creek Nation, Home2 Suites by Hilton Muskogee, the Martin Luther King Center, Visit Muskogee, the United States Marshal Service, the Muskogee Police Department and/or any business within the Muskogee County area including any staff or volunteers from any liability/responsibility and shall indemnify and hold harmless all said entities for injury(s), death(s), or damage(s) to its person or property stemming from his/her presence while involved with the Bass Reeves Western History Conference.,
